With a background in the humanities and arts, I've spent the past six years immersing myself in the power of storytelling and human connection. From my time as an editorial assistant, where I fine-tuned my writing and fact-checking skills, to my role at a social impact agency, where I focused on building equitable people-oriented processes and professional development programs, I've honed my ability to understand and empathize with diverse perspectives.

These experiences, coupled with my volunteer work with organizations like NEDA and the Bradstock Music Festival, have reinforced my commitment to helping others and making a difference in their lives.

As I transition into the field of mental health counseling, I bring with me a unique blend of creativity and interpersonal skills. I believe that my background in literature, poetry, and art will allow me to offer innovative and holistic approaches to therapy, incorporating techniques such as somatic art exercises with traditional pyschodynamic techniques to address the complex needs of individuals. I champion the transformative power of creativity and human connection, and I'm excited to channel that belief into creating personalized, impactful treatments for those in need.
